Bench space

Our workshop is located in North Devon and key benefits of bench rental at Lowther Fine Furniture are:

Purpose-built workshop set up in 2007, with two bench rooms, machine room & finishing room
Spacious and rural, in the grounds of our farmhouse home
All new Felder 700 range machines, offering fast accurate results
Office facilities, including wireless broadband

The workshop environment we have created is relaxed and supportive ideal for both new business starters and experienced makers alike.

<p>Our East Sessacott Farm workshop currently has two bench rooms, each with space for four benches. </p><p>With fresh and clean interiors, lots of light, plenty of power sockets and wooden flooring, our bench rooms can provide any maker with the ideal environment for working on their pieces. </p><p>The workshop also has a kitchen and finishing room, plenty of room for timber storage and good access for vans and deliveries.</p>

<p>With easy access on one level via double doors to the machine room, sheets and timber can easily be moved from the storage area into the machine room. Our bench rooms also have double-door access to make for easy working. </p><p>All our workshop rooms are lockable and are fitted with all the required fire safety equipment. </p><p>Workshop cleaning is shared between us by rota system, or you can choose to pay a little extra each month and have your cleaning chores done for you.</p>

<p>The office has chairs and desk space for four plus the A0 drawing board. Broadband internet access and fax facilities are provided within our monthly bench rental fee. Photocopying and outgoing telephone calls are charged as extras. </p><p>The office has windows overlooking our field and the surrounding countryside, giving natural light to the room as well as the much appreciated view!</p>
